Josue Montoya began his career in real estate by doing apartment leasing for a property management company. Josue had decided before even getting the job that he wanted to do something in real estate, so he completed his goal of becoming a Realtor at Woods Bros.
Josue's ability to speak Spanish helps clients get to a bigger audience of buyers and sellers. By joining Capital City Realty Group, he now has help and resources that many agents don't, putting the team, and himself above much of the competition.
In his free time, Josue competes in autocross and rallycross, reads about real estate, and enjoys watching movies.
